The NOAA-funded program CLIMAS provide a monthly Southwest Climate Outlook, which summarizes recent changes in temperature, precipitation, drought and water supply and provides discussion of seasonal forecasts from the NOAA Climate Prediction Center and the International Research Institute for Climate and Society the International Research Institute for Climate and Society at Columbia.
